Implementation/Support Technician for Cardiography Management Software
Epiphany Cardiography Products seeks a new hire to provide support for cardiac management software. Primary responsibility will be providing first line support, answering calls and performing triage/escalation of reported issues. Strong analytical skills and experience with troubleshooting a must –- applicants should possess the ability to think about systems conceptually and not simply perform rote procedures to solve problems. Excellent customer service skills required.
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Two years prior experience in IT environment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Rapid self-development and self-training and excellent retention of training from peers and managers
Preferred:
- Medical IT background
- Experience with XSL stylesheet syntax
